Behind The Floyd and Brenda Clack (FBC) Initiative is a passionate team of changemakers dedicated to education, service, and community empowerment. From visionary leaders to innovative student advocates, our team works together to carry forward the Clack legacy—creating pathways for success, fostering collaboration, and empowering the next generation through action and advocacy.

Hailee Clack

Founder & Executive Director

Hailee Clack, a proud Flint native and alumna of Hampton University, is pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration at The George Washington University with a focus on Urban Education Policy. Now based in D.C., she leads The FBC Initiative, empowering students through education, advocacy, and community engagement while honoring the legacy of her grandparents, Floyd and Brenda Clack.

Antonio Sweeney

Chief Marketing & Communications Lead

Antonio Sweeney, a Flint native and senior at Morehouse College, studies Communication Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Antonio empowers youth through leadership, creativity, and business innovation aligned with the FBC Initiative’s mission of education and service.
